Totally agree with the flexible diet routine. I usually have 1 or 2 cheat meal in a week and still I'm in the best shape in my life. Also I don't drink my calories only just H2O for me.
@@twentyonetortas5921 ya I do drink coke, sprite and mountain dew on my cheat meals but only some times. And no I don't drink alcohol because number 1 my family has a long history of alcoholics and 2 it is a complete waste of money.

I almost forgot one; A lot of Margaritas during Happy Hour.

Yes in theory but as long as you’re focused more on lifting weights to increase strength and power and not just for increasing muscle size you should be fine!

Keep your bodyweight and body composition in mind while you train for your sport. Your goal should be at the appropriate "fighting weight" in for your height in your sport. Get as much strength and control as possible at that weight.

Lifting for a few months will not have got you nearly enough muscle tissue to do that so it's all in your head
