I tried to follow to add a task due date to my opportunity report, but had a few issues 1) task doesn't appear as an object relationship choice in the B drop down. so I chose B as activity. then i can see all the activity fields, but not due date (this may have been a field I added some years ago)
Hey Alice, Are you positive you're not able to see the field? I believe the API name may be something different here's the field reference guide for activities: developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.sfFieldRef.meta/sfFieldRef/salesforce_field_reference_Task.htm Also, there is a standard report type called "Activities with Opportunities" you should be able to pull in the standard "date" field by using that report type instead of creating a custom one.

This was a great video but when I tried to apply this no records returned to the report
