Perhaps those whisperings are the lyrics of his own boss version, delivering it as means to tell us viewers, "He's not our ally, nor our enemies. But an acquainted wanderer."
I love how Scara/The Wanderer is still the same. I knew they wouldn't try to change much about him since his personality is one of the main reasons why ppl like him.
Edit: Not sure why ppl were arguing about. But anyways, I actually really liked his change of design. I love the blue and green elements he has now. (I know ppl prefer his fatui outfit, but I love his newer one). Anyways, I just got his weapon ❤️❤️
agreed. Main change in him is his values and sense of lack of purpose. It's awesome to see him grow and yet stay the way we all love.

I see more hate towards the male characters compared to female ones, no matter how well written the character is, they will jump and harass the people who like the male characters. Wether it’s Childe, Zhongli, Scaramouche, Alhaitham, Mika, Kaeya, etc

I think they may have taken part of his boss theme for this. As someone said already, it’s probably a motif of his. However, if you listen to this part at 1.25x speed, it sounds very much like his boss theme, and that just seems very cool to me.
@@pinkninjamusic9898 What's cool about it is that it is the overall Narukami leitmotif. It plays in Raiden's theme briefly as well, and of course it's one of the main ambient tracks. So it makes sense that he would have this connection to his homeland - the place that had shaped him.
Their really putting the Raijin (Raiden Shogun) & Fujin (Wanderer) with their theme songs. It also shows with the rings of their skills 1 is thunder the other wind

I like how it's calmer than his boss theme. It shows that he kept this sassy, bratty edgy teen persona but he matured. If Alhaitham wasn't speculated to come after I would've pulled scara lol
His theme is actually so beautiful to listen too, its so dramatic and melancholic at the same time

I Played this song while pulling for him, Safe to say, I got him with faruzan. And the shocking thing is I got him at my first 10 pulls. He is my first five star character
I lost to jean on his banner and was devastated. I saved up ever since and somehow managed to scrape together 24 wishes.
I went to the wishing spot in yoimiya's story quest and had nahida and dendro traveler in my team with the other 2 spots empty (well one's for paimon)
It was a little after 12 AM and I put this theme on and clicked RIGHT before the beat drop AND IT TURNED GOLD

this sounds like a saddened version of a games main theme
Wanderer’s theme mainly has that inazuman vibe to it while also having a sprinkle of Sumeru in it. You can tell starting at 1:01 because the themes of Sumeru has that discovery and adventurous touch to it. I really love how wanderer has both in his demo!!

cause its actually got sampled from Omnios Fandango and Omnious Fandango is Scaramouche's main theme bcs it played in the unreconciling stars event. Boss fight start and theme end is basically just a remake of Omnious Fandango (sorry if i made any grammatical errors)

The MIDI Scroll really shows how much smoother the melody is compared to Raiden Shogun's which sounded and looked more "jagged" if that makes sense
i like what it have his bossfight motive, but very, very separated by instruments and whole mood. pretty sad and suiting his story!

I love how His theme Includes the Hollowed skull Motif (tartarasuna BGM) it could also be compared to whispering tartarigami (yet again Tartarasuna BGM) which makes sense as before he became a fatui harbinger he had spent his whole life in inazuma

First of off, great work, it sounds amazing. Secondly, personal opinion about the wanderers theme itself: I feel like hoyo should've just ended his theme at 1:47 and added some sort of generic musical filler at the end, the last few seconds with the fatui theme at the end ruins it for me in the original trailer. What can you do though, full 100% redemption might be too soon for now.

In 0:32, this melody can also be heard in the Scaramouche boss fight too, which means it has become some sort of a leitmotif for him.
Another fun fact: The melody in a faster tempo resembles one of the battle themes for Sumeru.
