its not strong at all. look at the tang. it's just a thin rod that is welded on. these sorts of blades are only good for display. using them to cut something would result in the handle breaking pretty quickly. real swords are made of a single piece of steel with the tang going through the handle all the way to the pommel.

I assume these are trophy replicas for wall display only. So they appear authentic close up but never intended to be swung in action.
Don't know about the quality of the steel but they are full tang wand some old swords had a threaded pommel too so they could be used in a pinch.

Yes it would unfortunately this and the fact they did not temper or normalize the steel after makes it unsuitable for any real use.
