It turns out, cats are much like hobos. Roaming aimlessly while appearing as if talking to no-one in particular, sometimes drinking in outright weird places, going to the toilet in the bushes, and occasionally staring wistfully at tasty morsels of food that are _just_ out of reach.
I love it when he meows trying to mimic the sound of a pigeon to catch them😂😂 (sometimes cats mimic the sound of their prey to get more chance of getting the prey) 8:08

you should call it CatCam or CammerCat, i think CatCam sounds good! also i wonder if you could get a smaller camera that would fit on cat's forehead? something really tiny so it won't bother the cat? maybe custom built, where the camera sensor is really tiny and batteries are inside the collar, so it's comfortable and won't bother the cat. would be amazing to see how camera moves with cat's head.
these videos rule! All cats should be able to live like this: Indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Most people I feel like have their cats indoor only and that's got to be a fate worse than death. I worked at a shelter for 7 years and we were told to tell adopters to never let their cats go outside because it's 'unsafe' and theyll die faster and etc etc etc. Oh they'll get parasites. Screw that. Cats and dogs should be able to experience freedom. 'they could get hit by a car one day'. And? It's their life, not yours. That cat who ran around free outside for years and then died by car abruptly had a bangin' awesome life and was probably happy as hell. Let your pets be free! A happy pet is wayyy better than an old, bored, miserable (but safe) one
this cat has GPS & bodycam so his adopter can help it when stuck outside, like when it falls into alley that it can't climb back up. So, this cat has experience, if new adopter let their new cat go outside it probably have all those problems you mentioned, and adopter wouldn't be able to help.
