I don't get why the media wall on the ground floor is always compromised. It should be where the fireplace is because space is small and we need dining as well. Civil engineer has lost his mind I guess.

Exactly my point. I've seen loads of houses with same layout 😢 yes it should be where the fire place is taake dining area can be where they have made media wall, plus kitchens are way too small, banda powder bathroom k bajaye wo jaga kitchen me hi daal de taake atleast fridge to rakh saken kitchen me, ab poore ghar me fridge rakhne ki jaga hi nai, same ghissa pita design her 5 marla house me banate hain. 😒
