@@DeathAngleZoe i gained about 60 pounds over the last 2-3 years and never felt worse honestly. Absolutely hate it but can't seem to break my bad eating habits.
@@anniedrosham7299 Girl, I am so sorry 😞 I went through the same thing during some really depressing years of my life and couldn't break the cycle either because food had litteraly become the only good thing left in my life. Be really gentle with yourself, girl. You must be going through a lot in life and eating could just be your mind and body's last resort to try and soothe itself ❤

I've been saying im gonna loose the weight everyday for the last 2 years and I somehow only keep gaining. Eating pints of ice cream and fast food became normal to me. But a few years ago I was at a very healthy weight! I felt better, stronger, more energetic; life seemed easier 😂 excess weight really brings us down in ways we can't even fully comprehend
