Awesome message! A type and shawdow that parallels God's Salvation plan for our lives today. Mary was carrying our Savior, yet the culture they lived in, she would have been stoned/killed for having a baby out of wedlock. Joseph was a type of a savior for Mary by obeying God's instruction and covering Mary with his name and adopting the baby Jesus into his bloodline/downline. Jesus has covered us (our sins) with His blood and adopted us into HIs bloodline (the family of God). He has named me a child of the Most High God!!

I was confused. I’ve been in a relationship for 9 years with my sons father. After having my son he decides to love someone else. Told me I did make him happy. I’m not a “likable” person. I felt like it was my fault. I’m not perfect, not the prettiest, an introvert. I felt unworthy of love. Felt like I had no purpose. For a moment I thought my purpose was to have my son so his dad and girlfriend could become a family. I was ready to die. Give up. But I’m stronger than that. God has a purpose for me! This coming year is going to be my restoration year!!!! I’ve cried, I pleaded. I still don’t understand but I have faith God has a plan for me. I’m strong because of God because I can’t do this on my own.

I was confused. I’ve been in a relationship for 9 years with my sons father. After having my son he decides to love someone else. Told me I did make him happy. I’m not a “likable” person. I felt like it was my fault. I’m not perfect, not the prettiest, an introvert. I felt unworthy of love. Felt like I had no purpose. For a moment I thought my purpose was to have my son so his dad and girlfriend could become a family. I was ready to die. Give up. But I’m stronger than that. God has a purpose for me! This coming year is going to be my restoration year!!!! I’ve cried, I pleaded. I still don’t understand but I have faith God has a plan for me. I’m strong because of God because I can’t do this on my own.
