I’m moving to Spain in March. Then living in Madrid for a year. During that, I will be looking for property, Valencia is on my list! These locations are GREAT and not the typical locations I’ve read. Mestalla really stands out to me, as I get older I want to live somewhere near the beach, without the touristy feeling so that one hits home for me. Can you provide average costs in future videos?
I would recommend you to take a look at AEPSI, which is the national association for property buyers agents (we are also members). Not all of them are experienced in assisting foreign buyers, but I'm pretty sure some of them do! They will give you a better service than a conventional real estate agency that works for sellers, that's for sure!
