There is no need to cool the T-shirt press between presses. Only the cap and mug attachment must be rested every 10 presses.

The mugs you do at 190c for 240 seconds(4min) the caps work the same a tshirt...so depends on what paper you use, you follow the same instructions as you would be pressing a shirt...
