For those who didn't get the snowpiggy trap: this year the devs made a new trap named Mr.bliss trap (it works like snowpiggy trap) you can get it on seasons in the menu by playing piggy,so go get it because it has limited time and this the last chance to get a good trap.
The inflatable trap's hitbox should only affect the players so that Piggy can go through the balloon and catch players. Whenever I use the trap, I can't get the player I'm trying to catch because of the balloon, making the trap useless unless it's in an open area.
Or unless the trap triggers and the balloon is not infront of you. Also while the black hole trap can be pretty hard to jump over it's still possible, the inflatable trap has a really big hitbox and it's impossible to jump over it.
Also the bacl hole trap is kinda of expensive to place costing 8 energy, but the inflatable trap only costs 5 energy
It balances out, the trap actually has a huge hit box, and blocks off some areas, it's a double edged sword.
@@YourLocalCommenter0black hole trap doesn't need you to jump over it, it's actually way easier to walk to the side of it, it'll only slightly slow you but it adds less risk than trying to jump, unless you're trying to go through a vent.
People don't know this but if you spawn a mouse trap while an NPC is chasing you, they will attack the mouse. I found this out when I was playing with my friends a while ago so the mouse trap is also useful to get npcs off of you.
Same with the crawling trap.

I personally use the crawling trap, snowman trap, and black hole trap, which i guess is the best combo lol. My favorite design is probably the mouse trap, but it really is quite useless since you can just use the crawling trap to not only lead you to a player, but also to grab them and bring them back towards you.
The mouse trap is also not the good actually, it can't catch you if you just run in circles
But people can also use clones to get rid of crawling trap

I use the mouse, black hole and crawling traps, The mouse trap to locate the players if I can't find them, the black hole trap if you jump and put it in the air works like the inflatable trap, that is, it blocks a much larger space than when you put it on the ground, and the crawling trap on large maps I use it to have 2 piggys chasing a player if he runs away, or also as shown in the video for campers.
I usually use Tombstone Traps to kill new players joining to the server, I just put them at the spawn and my job is done lol
To make the Big Trap useful, just jump while placing, and then when its in the air, survivors can’t jump over…
do that with the small trap too it has the longest stun duration and it would be very deadly

Concoction trap: inverts controls, useful when chasing a player, 5e player steps on it and moves into piggy dying. Has big range.

The egg trap is only good for easter But the small trap dont even get me started that is one of the WORST Traps ever!

I only use them because 2 of them were free and I would have gotten snowpiggy trap if I hadn't quitted piggy

The Crawling Trap Has A Comically Large Hitbox. You Cant Juke It. And I Have Tried And Failed Multiple Times
How Slow and Egg are useful?
Egg Trap is only useful on the door you need to do is jump and place the trap
Small Trap is just a small just put it everywhere then if the player got stunned just killed them

My loadout is usually:
Crawling Trap / Mouse Trap (depends on what I'm feeling like using)
Inflatable Trap
Blackhole Trap

The tombstone trap and the inflatable trap can be a deadly combo i won thanks to someome activating the tombstone trap and getting stuck in the inflatablr
I know I’m late, but the inflatable trap is really useful to get the vent campers in the Outpost map. Because if you try to go get them, they can easily escape, but in the circumstance of the inflatable trap, you can easily get those annoying vent campers, because the inflatable trap can easily lift Piggy up to the camper. So recommend using the inflatable trap.
I recommend crawling trap because it has a big hitbox so going around it will still get you stuck
Default is one of the best traps because its so spamable, as long as you jump while placing it, its a guaranteed kill.
Also, i would say the tornado skin for the blackhole trap is better than its default, i know that is the same hitbox, but it scares players into thinking its bigger

note that traps are unavoidable if the piggy jumps and places a trap, they can't crouch too unless it's TIO, then it's avoidable
reason why the exception of TIO (pretty much obvious), Jump height. he jumps too high for the trick to work correctly.
I recommend archie to use since he has a slightly bigger hitbox but has similarities with TIO except the jump.

My load out is : Crawling trap , Inflatable trap and black hole trap ( I would use the snow piggy trap but I sadly don’t have that )
small traps are useful when ur the traitor but its really useless cuz who wants traitor and when you equip its either your not traitor or its other modes
this is why decoy trap is practically the best ability, can trigger black holes and crawling traps for you and also slow down piggy, bot or otherwise if they're behind you

Crawler is the best trap that will get players
In my opinion, the worst trap of all is... the small trap. Survivors can avoid it WAY too easily and so you can't actually "trap" anybody with it. I don't know why anybody would even bother equipping it as the default trap is way better than it and it is FREE.

Actually big trap is good all you have to do when your piggy is jump whilst placing the big trap and if it floats in air then players cant jump over it

Some people don't know this but the alternate mouse trap, the spider trap, is much superior to the original. It adds two key things: it is darker in color, letting it blend more in maps, and it is A LOT quieter, making it difficult for players to dodge the trap.
What about slow trap?

I remember when small trap was meta because of how much you could place of them, that time when you had a trap limit, ypu could place 11x if i remember correctly, it was pretty good to end vent campers.
the egg trap is pretty decent imo cuz yea the vision doesnt do much but it slows them for 6 seconds its better than the slow trap for sure

I made a video about that. And the best trap is definitely default trap. Second is snowman trap.
-Normal trap is best because you can use it on EVERYWHERE with jump. Guarantee 1 kill with 4 energy. If you know how to pinch too
-Snowpiggy sometimes can be more competitive than normal trap. But problem is snowpiggy is useless on heavily closed maps like *sewers* and *safe place* but in carnival or house, nothing can be better than snowpiggy trap
Crawling trap is great but the problem is it catches the last person in the game the match automatically ends
As they are mostly dead as they can't do anything once caught

Black hole trap is extremely buggy and it can pull people who use woman torso and Rthro from under walls above left and right snd its unescapable once you get stuck and about the small trap its actually one of the best traps if not the best for vents as it has 5 seconds cooldown and it still blocks the entire vent which is great and its hard to see in certain places as its small and touching it will be fatal against a chasing pig because the stun is basically 5 seconds.
Black Hole Trap is meta ong ong, small trap is high risk high reward, inflatable trap is W, and big trap is good with jump trap tech
There's a good chance for the the Inflatable trap to just make it so the person you're chasing gets away because it could block piggy too, so no, it's a straight up L. ( Well, 85% of the time. )

Crawling trap the best. Because its like you spawn a second piggy that lasts a lot of time and when it catches someone it counts as an death

I don’t think it’s possible for me to get the Snowpiggy trap right now, but I do agree with the other top 3 (Blackhole, Crawlers, Mouse)
Blackhole is basically what Big Trap wishes to be.
Crawlers are pretty OP since they can find a player almost anywhere.
Same for Mouse, but instead of “trapping” the player and bringing them to Piggy, they just tell Piggy exactly where they are so Piggy can do their job.
Also, if you don’t have one of them, replace them with something you like.
They get stuck tho which is annoying.

Normal traps are very good too, as they are spamable and if you jump and place it in midair in a door way, it's practically impossible to get through as a player.

BTW crawl trap can pull out camper from the kitchen glitch in house and can sometimes even get people through walls
me personally i just use the crawling trap, the black hole, and the default. jump trapping the default is a good idea honestly, as players cant jump over it as it is already in mid air. i disagree with the mouse trap because even if you know where the player is you can get juked. i dont care if i see a mouse trap. the crawler goes by its own delay just like sabrina and dj host so its hard to juke the crawler

I noticed how the crawling trap is slightly faster than a regular player and i use it to corner players
