Now, when you go back to UG for holidays, you will get very annoyed with the customer care and the behaviors of some Ugandans touch touching you, disrespecting you. I know how people back home say we kwepanka. Once you get used to the life here, you will see what I'm talking about. As for the honking they honk my dear. Toronto honkers🤣. What city are you in? Some people choose to be homeless here too. We have people who have been offered adorable housing and they choose to live in the forest. I know there is a housing issue but that choice to live on the street is also there. The reason why people are chatty is because they are lonely mukwano. They need someone to talk to. The longer you live here the more you will see it. Ugandans we have relatives, siblings to talk to. Some of them are just nosy. Balina olugambo so keep a lot to yourself.
