To celebrate the N.W.A Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award 🏆 I recorded this N.W.A Tribute Mix live on two turntables using the same OG album tracks I would cut and slice back in my house party days, rockin’ backyards throughout Southside and Westside Phoenix. For this set, I only used tracks from N.W.A’s initial EP ‘N.W.A and The Posse’ and their first album ‘Straight Outta Compton’, along with Eazy-E’s first album ‘Eazy-Duz-It’ since these are the three releases before the group split up. If you are blessed to have been around when N.W.A hit the scene in 87’ then you know they changed the game! Respect and congratulations to these innovative pioneers 👊🏽 And rest in peace to Eazy-E 🙏🏽
