One thing to note is that Bucket didn't remove Sai due to her gimmick, but due to Infernus being too RNG due to Katana, also she will return, just like Capper did.
Btw the wall has a multiplier based on the tarnished trowels hp which is 6 times basically close to 40k hp (which is alot more than its bad counter part)

Yeah sai was weird when it’s literally a old look map or chapter and then you have a person with 2 knives with the ability to jump for some reason and die since it’s weak as hell so replacing it with spartan is acceptable ( the simps are mad now lol )
tarnished trowel got buffed and nerfed in a way? His wall is extremely stupid having almost the same amount of health as 3 star turking at max (36K im pretty sure) and having omni resistance downside is that is cannot move at all obviously
Barbaric battler is expensive for its costs on 2 stars and 3 stars and plus he only uses charge once on close enemies, i dont see him as a speed battler rip off but just a unique high damage resistance damager

Tarnished wall has twice hp of pre nerf trowels hp, so basically now tarnished trowel is better at stalling, and helps you stack rails.
