Great video! Montale(pronounced Mont-all) and their Dark Vanilla is relatively new and all of them are powerful. You shouldn't ever stick your nose in on them as they are meant to be smelled from a far. If you do it with Arabians Tonka, you could knock yourself out. Lol Aerin is an interesting house, but awfully overpriced for what they are.
it's strange how everyone smells perfume differently. :) I smell absolutely no coconut or vanilla or anything in Juliette just pure wood..Only woody scent. I use it as a layer perfume, because it doesn't smell practically anything on its own..
My chemistry projects only the javinol-absolutely no vanilla or coconut. It's a sandalwood bomb on me. I ended up selling my bottle because it was overwhelming.
@@singlehandedbeauty3581 exactly- sandalwood bomb..but to me it is also projected in this way on clothes...the staying power is great, which I have to praise, but I say that I don't use it alone. I feel like wood in the jungle...I don't understand how someone can feel something else :D but we all have different noses..
I Love Aerins Tangier Vanille as well, would love to try the discontinued D'or version. I have so many vanillas I love, like SDV, and Cuir Beluga by Guerlain. (I like Angélique Noire as well but not quite as much as the other 2. ) I also love Tihoto, and Vaniglia by Mazzolari (vanilla and caramel), and Reminiscence Vanille, which of course is hard to get. I'm not as obsessed with Kayalis Vanilla or Nests Golden Nectar anymore. Though I do like them both.
If you want to buy the Shalimar Vanilla Plantifolia from me, let me know! Its authentic i can send photos, I was going to sell for $200 shipped. I collect Vanillas but i know i will not wear it anytime soon, so i feel like it will just go to waste 😔
So happy that you enjoy Aerin Tangier Vanille! It’s such a beautiful elegant vanilla fragrance. One of my fave’s. The gold version is also gorgeous ❤
I recently tried the Aerin one as well and really enjoyed it. I almost feel like it's a vanilla ideal for spring/summer or year round casual scent. 🙂
Yes, agreed! :D

The Aerin one sounds lovely!
Definitely a must try :D

Oh gosh, I had no idea there was a D'or version. Since filiming this video Tangier's been on my mind a lot!
I just can’t do Montale or Mancera fragrances…I call them screechy…stings my nose.
Yes many are like that indeed :D
Thanks Arlene 11-18-2022♥️
My pleasure! :D
I feel like the shalimar tonka combined with hypnotic poison would go really well together. I’m sad I never got to try the vanilla one.
Me too I want the vanilla one
That sounds gooood! :D
Will try this 😉
I scored a bottle of Shalimar Vanilla, which to me is a very powdery mature vanilla, but its not too heavy on the original dna
I think i might like it more later down the road, but Spirituese is my all time favorite Vanilla too!

You might like Mancera vanille exclusif and velvet vanilla
I would like to try both of the Shalimar flankers. Do you know where I can order them?
I tried montale dark vanilla. Not bad but definitely strong! I just got a sample of it and I honestly had to wash it off. It was too heavy smoky smell
Sometimes strong performance make you save your money. Example, regular fragrance you must spray 10x, and strong fragrance you just need 1 or 2 spray.
Tijota by Indult is best vanilla ever!
The Tangier Vanille is lovely, and pricey 😅❤
Estée Lauder currently has it 50% off with an additional 15% off.
