……that paramedic is right. Must wear protective gear as required in whichever sport you enjoy. Am a horse rider, & always wear helmet, correct riding boots’, jodhpurs, & safety jacket. In multiple decades’, haven’t had any serious injury at all………
Jeez that hill rescue sounds like amateur hour. Would think they would carry equipment for mountain rescue - they do in other countries so why not here
