Because the west coast riders are making it look really corny.

I got to say thank you to you Brothers. Every time I was doing a slice down in jail it never fails on Sundays y'all would do a drive-by. White boy or not I felt a deep sense of pride still to this day when I'm downtown on a Sunday and y'all choose to rip through Pratt Street. I get chills. I love watching all the tourist lost like what the f*** is going on. I even went to take my friends at the time when I was doing some business out in San Francisco to the Kabuki theater to watch the 12 boys on the big screen. Love y'all keep doing what you do

Yeah it's illegal. the bike has to have headlight, taillight, blinkers and license plate to be legal. it's not illegal to own you just can't ride them in the street. There's a couple street legal dirtbike out there though
