It's really cool to see Emu in this event where she's the lead role and her acrobat skills can finally shine! I think that it was a wise choice for everyone to choose Emu as the lead role since she's energetic, flexible, and generally a good fit for the role. While discussing the roles, the troupe made a good point that it'd be better to make safe choices with the acting roles so they would be able to focus more on learning how to sword fight. This made me wonder that if they have similar situations like this in the future, would they make the same choice? If the entertainment industry is very fast-paced and if there are high demands needed from them in the future, would they have to push themselves even further to meet the standards of high productions? I'm not sure, but that's something that I was thinking about!
As always, thanks for translating this chapter! I always look forward to your translations since I can trust them the most. For folktales, I don't think that there's a specific one that I can pick out, but probably general fairy tales that everyone would know. I'll be looking forward to the next chapter!
