- I was a few hours late to the wipe, but that didn't hold me back from progressing fast. I made a really unusual play for my first crossy kit and quickly built my starter base next to both oil rigs and the fishing village. Some guy started doorcamping me for a while and when I was on a recycle run he was eco raiding my wooden door with his waterpipe. When I came back from my recycle run the raid was still in progress and I was able to defend it. After that I had some fun PvP at the oilrigs and cargo and that's where the story ended.

The reason I havent really done that yet is because I just don't have the time because of college. When I finish my current schoolyear at the 10th of june (if I dont fail any exams) I will have about 10 weeks off and in that time period I can try longer wipes. Do you have any tips on where to build as a solo? i cant really get the perfect place for myself its either too many people, too many geared groups
I always like to build near the ocean and close to an oil rig. The ocean has infinite components and as a solo you're always able to disengage fights if you have to. And oilrig is the best place to make plays for a bunch of loot. Thanks for watching bro ❤️❤️

was paying a little bit attention to your fps and was wondering if you got any tricks up your sleeve to improve it? i'm on a constant 80-120 with a 3090 (1080p), most settings are low.
Rust is a very cpu heavy game, I have a 3080 myself and was running it with an average cpu and also got 80-120 frames like you. I recently upgraded my cpu to the ryzen 7 7800x3d, one of the best cpu's on the market, and now my frames are amazing. So my advice is to get that cpu, guatenteed you will get the same amount or more frames as me.
@@mikeyduck0371 You reckon i can get up towards stable 140+ if i overclock my i9-10850k? I'm not too good on components and honestly don't know if my CPU is even good no more. The drops really hurts my eyes on 360hz as well i need it improved asap.

@@FabianChills I'm not a pc expert either, all I know is that cpu is a beast for rust. It is expensive for you tho, because you will also need to get a new motherboard to support amd cpu and als new ram, assuming you have ddr4 now. I had the exact same situation as you, intel cpu, so I also had to get new motherboard and ram. It cost me 840 euro's and it was very worth it imo.
