My opinion is the ONLY way to lower blood pressure and blood glucose is to stop the excess of eating refined carbs and sugar or just stop it all together much preferred, which would greatly improve your overall health, period.

@gybx4094are you taking baby aspirin? It can lower mortality from ascvd by 50% for those with high Lp(a), and some studies show it can also lower Lp(a) substantially. Go look this up, here is an excerpt:
A new study suggests the benefits of aspirin in primary prevention could depend on a person’s lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] levels.
An analysis of more than 2900 people with a median follow-up of 26 years, results of the study suggest regular aspirin use in those aged 40 to 70 years cut the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) mortality in half among those with Lp(a) levels of 50 mg/dL or more but had no benefit among those with reduced Lp(a).

Please get a blood test for lp(a). It's a one-time test. You either have it or you don't. I have it, and even though my lifestyle goes above and beyond what most Americans do for health, I still had an ApoB of 91. Thankfully, my doctor got me tested for it and put me on cholesterol lowering medication.
If I were to list out all the lifestyle things I do to prevent heart disease, you'd think I'd be heart attack proof. But I'm not. You can't outrun your genetics.

I hope you don't mind me asking this question, but I have some heart problem that I have been reporting for five years and I'm not getting anywhere with it. I have been to several different cardiologist who keep telling me that there's nothing wrong. Blood test, Echocardiogram, everything is normal but a heart monitor is telling me that it's going up to 180 beats a minute and it can drop drastically down into the 30s but it also goes completely crazy with ectopic beats. My blood pressure is high one day and very low next But there is no physical problem with the heart and nothing on any of my bloods are showing anything. Is there anything you could advise me I could ask the doctors to look into because I was a long distance runner and I had to stop just like that immediately Because my heart just decided to start behaving like this.
Yes there is anxiety related, but whatever I eat, I could eat a raw carrot and it will begin making my heart race within half an hour.
It's not in my head because it's been picked up on a 7 day tape and it's doing it when I'm asleep but I've just been told to shut up in their own words because there's nothing wrong
