hi you are a great teacher and such a pleasure to watch,so clear to follow ,will make this for a charity l work for here in Ireland, thanks so much keep up the great work😊
really love the ease of your tutorials thank you. made loads of your wonderful patterns. I do always find sizing way off though...when I've made for new born it's fitted 1-2 years old and this following 3-4 has made big enough for 10plus year old. not sure why. I sometime even lower hook size or try And crochet extra tight. still thank you for time of putting these up and sharing x
Hey this is a beautiful pattern with lovely colours....i tried n it turned out nice but i tried making 2-3 yrs n it turned out much bigger with the exact count n hook size u mentioned. Thanku for the lovely instructions :)
Another lovely well explained tutorial. Thank you very much for sharing your ideas with us. May I ask what part of England you come.from? 🐨 from Australia
Hi I am from India.. I loved your videos now my daughter is 6 yrs old,. So I thought to make this beautiful cardigan but for that how much chain do I need to follow and Indian woollen is very thin and soft.. so please suggest me how much chain do I need take and for shoulders how much rounds do I need to follow
Can you tell me why the beginning of my cardigan is not even? It looks a bit like a v- shape. I checked and I had the correct number of stitches. I have crochet another of your patterns and the same thing happened. Is it a tension issue? Can I block it to fix it? Or is there another easier fix? I am a knitter, but I am having fun with learning crochet and want to solve this issue before I make another cardigan.
Thank you so much for your tutorials. I'm busy making another cardigan from one of your other uploads. I am only a beginner but if I wanted to make it long sleeve, would I just go back at the end and just continue to go around the arm holes? Where would I start? Thanks again x
Thank you! Yes that is exactly what you would do - if you look at my star stitch baby cardigan tutorial (blue cardigan in photo) I show how you would add selves there x
That's great. Thank you for replying and your wonderful crochet. I would be lost without you tubers like yourself. I'm not that great at reading patterns. Xx
I would recommend buying a basic set of hooks. There are lots of cheap sets that can be found on Amazon. I like the HappyCrochet brand. If you just buy one hook I would recommend buying a 4mm or 5mm hook as these are most commonly used x
This is beautiful. Thanks for the wonderful video and pattern. I have gone on to your link above to purchase this pattern but I can't find it anywhere. There are 11 items and none are this lovely cardigan. Could you please point me in the right direction. Thank you. :)
I have tried to go up a hook size, unfortunately it doesn't work out as neat as the yarn calls for a 4mm. I did the chain in 4.25mm and then worked the rest in the 4mm. For me to increase the beginning chain what is the count require i.e. 4 +2 etc? If I increased the yoke did a few more rows of increase for an 18month-2 year old, what would be required. Thank you I appreciate your time.
You should increase the yarn size along with the hook. For 0-6months, 6 - 12 months and 1 - 2 years, DK weight yarn will work fine. For the larger 2 sizes you may want to use worsted weight yarn.
The written pattern for this cardigan is now available! Please see the description box below the video x

Hi, i have the same problem, can i ask if you have solved this ? Thanks
Would it work to go up one more hook size to make one more size up? Or would it be too holey?
There is no reason why this shouldn't work! I have not tried it myself though so cannot guarantee that it will. Please let me know how you get on x

If i want to make for adult
Round 6 is 134 or 143?
143
😘🌹💐🌷🌻
Would be better if you completed the whole item rather then just saying about chains and edging at the end
