13:08 this movie doesn't have a soundtrack. there is a little music (very little, very subtle). the coin toss scene has a low hum sound when Chigurh is talking about the coin traveling 22 years. I think there's one other place in the movie where there's some music but I'm not sure.
The only music I really noticed were the people playing while the leweliwmenrj guy was dying in the streets. But it was in the movie itself not background music.
The movie you were thinking of at 7:26 was A Simple Plan. Since you like Josh Brolin, you might want to watch True Grit (2010). It's another Coen Brothers movie.
Hi Madam, you say you like Southern American Accents (I'm from Oklahoma - so also Southern American), do you also like Northern American Accents? its an accent, but totally different. If you are curious of that accent you will find it in a fabulous movie - directed by the same two men/brothers (Coen) that directed the movie you just reacted to!!!!!!!! FARGO check it out, a classic, and all the accents are "Northern American" - Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota............and parts of Canada.
