Wow amazing performance by whole New York Liberty tonight. This was a physical and mental tough game tonight by the end of the night the New York Liberty won the game. This was a great night for the following players Laney Hamilton with 18 points 4 rebounds and six assist. Breanna Stewart with 22 points 11 rebounds and 3 assists. Sabrina with 12 points Seven rebounds and 3 assists. And Jones with 5 points and four rebounds. But few things that have to improve on and rhr coaching staff can work with them is Jones fouled out the last two games instead of commiting fouls. She is more then capable of drawing fouls herself and getting to the Free through line she belongs in this league and she has and she can prove it every night she belongs on this team. And Sabrina needs to continune have higher shooting percentage than 35 she more than capable of doing it. She recently did it this past liberty gameand I definitely believe she can do it. . But this New York Liberty team is an elite and dangerous 3 point team and in the inside the paint team as well. They have skill and the desire to go out to prove it every night. They definitely beat Las Vegas aces showing this game that they were the better team. And avenging their previous lost to Chicago on May 21st.They need to continue focusing on playing team basketball. And not listen to what the commentary are saying during their games every night n commentary they to remember that every night.
6:48 if this were CC, she would have been picked up at half court and double teamed by the time she got to the three point line. And at 7:10 and at 4:02 completely wide open again. Sorry I don’t usually comment on non Fever games, just noticed big difference in defense while watching this game waiting for Fever game.
@@d.block3148my angle is that I was very surprised how wide open Stewie is/was. Nobody within 15 feet. Used to watching CC games where she is face guarded from half court, and doubled constantly. I watched the referenced time spots live and was just very surprised. Maybe was just bad defense and isn’t the typical defense she faces.
Stewart is a 3 tier scorer, she can also create her own shot. Clark cannot do that, the only way she scores is to pull up from the logo or come off a screen going to her left shooting a three. When she does drive to the basket, she always goes right, what’s really holding her back is she can’t score in the mid range. Her offensive game is very predictable, which makes her easy to defend. You take away what your opponent is good at, that’s the whole concept of sports.
They have too many players that do the same thing. I don’t know the identity of the team. They don’t know the identity of the team. They need another rebuild, but this time, WITH DIFFERENT PLAYERS THAT ARE GREAT AT DOING AT LEAST ONE THING AND NOT UNDERSIZED PLAYERS PLAYING OUT OF POSITION.
@JulioDrewBlair I think they have a fairly good team. I agree with you that they don't know their roles. The coach has tried to force an inside outside game. When it's not working, try a new plan! They have had far too many turn overs trying to make something work. Jones has not been a good ball handler. They need to take advantage of the mid range shots as well as more driving
@@gabrielmartin4082 for them to be a good team, I don’t have them making the playoffs this year. If Tanisha did change up the offense to play outside in, they still don’t have the shooting to make that work AT ALL, which is why I think they are so post focused. My biggest problem with them is that they have all these undersized players that literally do the same thing. What does Nia Coffee add to the team that Naz Hilman can’t do…AND TO BE HONEST, THAT’S THE SPOT HAILEY JONES NEED TO BE IN because the point guard experience didn’t pan out. Also, when they did have her there, the didn’t use her right bc she should’ve been posting up every point guard that guarded her bc she had sized on every one of them and that’s her natural position. Just bc a player can be a point foward, doesn’t mean they should be your starting point guard. They don’t have the room to drive because all of their players are undersized 4s and the one that’s not (Laeticia Amihere) barely touch the floor. I’m not sold on this team and haven’t been from the jump, and it saddens me bc I’ve been watching since 2010 when Angel McCoughtry literally made me a fan of the WNBA that summer. She would drag teams like this all the way to the finals…however, while the talent of today SHOULD be better, her teams would drag this one due to roster construction alone.

If all she said was that "black women are perfect, that's all", she could easily be using hyperbole, i.e., using "perfect" to mean really really good, and even if she's saying black women are perfect, that doesn't mean she's making any kind of comment on the perfection or lack thereof of any other kind of woman. Adding "That's all" at the end, to me means something like "'nuf said" or "mic drop", etc. Btw, for those who care...middle aged white guy here. Look at Tina Charles at 4:32, how many steps is that? 4? This is like a junior HS catholic school league in iowa, just really poorly managed and operated.
