Very informative. Enjoy your videos. I retired 12 years ago after 35 years repairing automobiles. Finding the necessary parts and tools is very difficult. Hope the sciatica pain isn’t keeping you down. My operation for Sciatica is on the horizon.

Welcome back James. Glad to hear your surgeon got you fixed up. What was the size of the very small combination center drill?

Don't know the number but it is the smallest one you can buy from MSC. The drill part is .030 thou. Be sure it's carbide.

Echo what's already been said - welcome back. Speaking of backs - hope yours continues to be trouble free now.
Now to start as we aim to go on ... with a complaint :) ... not really - please don't take this as a criticism of any sort. Just a heads up that by the look of things you've posted four of your short working clips as well as the edited and finished article ...
    Easily done.

I have some #80 and #60 Morse drills. A real adventure for a pin vise, and let us all thank Lock-tite for their glues; .02 mm (Morse +/- .002 or so) so one can repivot a clock. Very glad you are better! Understand sciatica very well.

That's amazing! It's a custom steady rest. Simple and sweet.

James God has his hand on you.. I have had spinal stenosis in lumber and neck.. The first operation came 30 years ago and put me in bed for years.. Then a Swiss surgeon came along and bless him he fixed me up.. Tho, I still have a lot of bulging discs... I haven't worked since I was 45 years... That's why I do this work.. You have been a real blessing to me.. Thankyou. James. Love your work...
