It reminds me of Dolce and Gabbana The one and only edp for women in the opening but different after dry down. I love it, however it does lean feminine Great review
Delicious, unexpectedly so: the leather, the jasmine and the fruity plum and raspberry are so creamy and juicy, wow. I don't think I've smelled anything like this. The other juicy, sandalwoody oddball under the Xerjoff umbrella that I love is 'Ouverture'. I love both of these fragrances in the exact same way that I like The Different Company's 'Une Nuit Magnetique'. All three of the above are big, juicy, slightly spiced, fruity florals with a solid, sweet warm wood base that remind me of the visuals of Gucci runway Haute Couture circa-now mixed with the image of your favourite aunt from the 1980s in her big shoulder pads, YSL-lacquered claws and gregarious, warm-hearted laughter. That's a fun vibe when you're feeling extroverted and 'big' yet kind and chatty. The more traditionally masculine "1980s reimagining" is the magnificent 'Mousse Illuminee' by the talented Manuel Cross for the non-IFRA-compliant 'Rogue Perfumery'. Gosh, that unbelievably beautiful oakmoss mixed with the ultra-refreshing minty note...wow! If you have happy memories of the men in your life in the 1980s then you may want to relive the Irish Spring soap vibes with this one, it's unisex so everyone can get nostalgic with this 'having a shower in the forest vibe. GLORIOUS, there are no dupes for it either-- it must be this or nothing. So all of the above go into the category of 'Big retro flair reimagined for 2022', all by some truly talented perfumers. Thank you for giving Muse the attention it warrants, especially now as the Northern Hemisphere gets ready for spring and tries to overcompensate for the ghastly effects of Covid on the culture and the increasingly monstrous, gruesome developments in Eastern Europe. All the above fragrances are truly suitable for the times, no? :) Great big happy loud nostalgic fragrances that are definitely forward thinking and created by modern sensibilities with extraordinary raw ingredients. PS= The other polarising 'hookah' smell which people wither love wildly or despise and become confused by is 'Aurum' by 'Kemi Blending Magic'. Kemi, I believe have been bought by Xerjoff and their fragrances can now be purchased on the Xerjoff website itself. Aurum is raspberry hookah smoke, sure, I get the criticism...but surprise surprise I looooove it too. :D Such fun.
Yes those fragrances are amazing the ones you mentioned. Fragrance doesn’t discriminate😛. Kemi is indeed a Xerjoff brand but i haven’t smelled them yet. I will try to get my hands on Aurumn seems like a great one. Cheers!
