No offence It is called basic education...its very important to become a professional in any sectors.
But also after getting those basic education not even 80 percent have the quality to grab the job. She is completely right about what basic education has taught the children. Morality, calmness,kindness, any innovative mind did they develop, any creativity ? The answer is nothing. So you need to see the reality

The thing is basic education is not on the best possible basic level in India .... Like we get sports period but students don't know anything about sports or physical health on a basic level .... They study maths but there are not smart tricks included in curriculum so students can do it in smart way and in less time for that some students join fundamental maths classes in summer holidays (that's the problem, even good fundamental level of maths is not available in schools after charging fee for the same ) students don't have basic economical knowledge of current world , all they know is case study of sham which is in under pressure of loan in 10th standard NCERT 😂..... They're not even clear what is real science or commerce subjects . They fall into anxiety after 10th because there is a huge jump and 10th was not even close to 11th subjects.
If a student is a state level or national level player or dancer then they have to deal with study seperately as they miss syllabus during their practice and tournaments ..... That's the whole point why a student can't be a good student and start creating his/her life as early as they are capable together.

Her point is valid. If you see the study curve from 10 to +2 it is pretty extreme. A gradual process which is also holistic and focuses on skill enhancement instead of core subject study is a better approach. A 10th pass can be made more capable if we reform the education system and shun Mucaulay model.

They get very basic education which can be assessed as General Knowledge. Reasoning ability, logical ability. Please do not confuse general masses on primary and basic education.
I guess this can be very well taught by our parents... Take a wrongly dressed kid, not so well behaved kid, who doesn't eat, teachers ask is this what your parents .... Anything regarding small projects should be done at home with the help of parents... And parents of this generation most of them are literate... So they can even teach how to read and write... Basic confidence is not built in today's school... They always pick that kid who is inherently confident and push him all activities...

12 saal kam the jo ab pre school, nursery aur 2 saal KG ke mila kr 16 saal ho gye hai. 25 saal me bachcha graduate hoga. Isiliye risk na lekar wo job ke liye desperate ho jaata hai. School sirf 10 saal ke hone chahiye. Jis se bachche ko school se pass hone ke baad time mile sochne ka ki use kya karna hai, na ki paas hote hi pressure rahe job krne ka.
Congress Govt/ Indira Gandhi was the Govt who gave free education to first 3 girl children in the 1980's. For every home in India inorder to curtail female foeticide whether they were in public or private schools upto Higher Secondary (12th Std). My family like many were beneficiaries of the Free Education for Girl Child scheme.
