I've never made it this far into Hardcore on a daily - really is a testament how much Ground Zero and this wipe improved the experience. Really enjoying it Pest, your best Hardcore by far!
They really should add Prapor quest "Emergency search mission" where he needs 1 toilet paper found in raid
It fails in 30 minutes and only becomes available again the next day

After owning the game for a few days and not having much time I only did practice mode runs and watched pestilys GZ guide video like 10 times. until just now I did my first real run and I SURVIVED BOYS! feels good I got the brand new shottie and a slick new kedr and some winstons, just sitting here in my hideout feeling like the smartest most handsome man in all the land. Thanks Pestily your guide video helped so much!

Yeah he’s finished for now, he’s going to spend the next month making guides and doing kappa/lightkeeper quests on main, letting TH-cam and the editor catch up on videos then probably return to hardcore, but the hardcore videos won’t be raid by raid like they are now, it gets very grind’y after max traders so it will probably be highlight videos of getting kills and actual progress. He may have multiple days of grinding cabinets to find keys and get kills which doesn’t make good TH-cam content

I used to like an axe. The camper axe is lighter. But I prefer the machetes since finding the cheap one… Longer than most melee, light and high dams.

Farting around with an M3 Super 90 and .50 BMG... it's amazing if you can get the ammo.
Thought I spotted someone out in the snow, quickly paused it and after a few moments realized it was my mouse/pointer another reminder of why I still suck at Tarkov because I had to stop time and squint to see a "player" with an arrow pointing at it...
It sure is something that 9/10 raids pest does he’s just running around aimlessly and not running into any actual players. Wild

If you play it slow, you won actually see alot of PMCs, but sometimes you could be running into them the whole day.
A), he has the game knowledge to avoid hotspots and common player crossings and knows the timing and flow of the maps. B)he has plenty of days where he runs into player after player anyways.

Streets is a map that guarantees money if u know the map its likely the hardest map to hunt people but the easiest to stumble upon
It took me a while to learn. I don't know if anyone else had trouble. I still get lost, but once I figure out where I am I can get to the extracts pretty easy. But in my last 6 runs there I ran into 2 people, which is wild to me.
@@ItIsYouAreNotYourwhat about player scavs? I want to run streets but the swarms of player scavs I hear about worry me.
@@sundae.6366 Player scavs on streets normally dont kill you, unless you have a big bagpack, good visible gear or a helmet on. In my experience, every bagpack that is bigger than Berkut, Pilgrim will get you killed, because they think you got 20 BTCs in there. But actually streets is pretty nice to play. I dont know the map well, but I always loot the area im spawning in and till now I managed to get good loot out of my scav raids. With all the houses and espescially the big map, you wont have struggles to loot and get out. But at the beginning you will feel like being lost on the map, but that is normal.
@@sundae.6366 I did 6 runs today as PMC. I ran into zero player Scavs. I did run into 1 PMC and 1 PMC got me as I was effing extracting. EDIT: Also came up with 1.8 mil. Possibly more if I wasn't such a hoarder.
Also if you are really worried about it. Just go in with a pistol a few times. As dome said, most Scavs are out for the loot and avoiding contact.
@@dome4297 Decent take on the backpack. I suggest you ignore the East side and rush straight to the west side. So you are either running to the loot or already there. That zone between Sewer Manhole and Basement Descent is too good. It really helps learning the map.

I went to my bush on woods to farm Shooter bourn kills sat there the entire raid not a single pmc came i decided to run to sawmill arrived with 7minutes left and to my surprise a wild violate keycard appears how did no one check the shack the entire raid not even a player scav went to check im astonished it was there with all the shooting going on the entire raid not gonna use it labs is not for a slow player like me and i wont sell it the card can sit nicely beside black keycard on my profile as a flex

I got confused with the MPX there... It's useless because you can't get mags for it, but he got it with loads of mags. And that's not even the part that was weird... The weird part is that as he said that and sold the MPX because you can't get mags for it, he kept all the mags he got for it that won't work on the other guns

How about an inspectable map that is as detailed as like a COD radar and the only point marked is your DZ?
and imo, M3 is the best shotgun in the game, just put eotech and 7 round mag into it, maybe muzzle device if you want and the mesa tactical stock and use it in SEMIAUTOMATIC MODE, not manual as pest here. And why its best? It has good ergo, is light, is accurate and is SHORT, easier to manouver in small spaces without "gun being raised" as not being able to shoot it.
It shoots much, much slower than the MP-153, MP-155 or Saiga-12K even in semi-automatic mode.

Goal is to max all traders, Kappa is not the goal but he is considering it since this wipe seems to be going really well

you got total of 4 mags with the mpx, imo you could have used it till you lost it. Also, you vendor the gun, put the mags to the mag case and then complain you dont have mags for it? :D
