At this point, Abim was 9 years old. Now he is 12 and in Primary 6. He is very popular at his school. Been performing in many events within his hometown. His dad wants him to finish his studies, first. He is among the best kid guitarists in the world. But, I vote him as the best among them on the basis that he has so many covers you can check on TH-cam.

I've seen a lot of electric guitar prodigies on TH-cam and this kid is by far the one I'm most impressed with. Many kids have the speed but this kids vibrato, bending, and feel matches that of many seasoned pros imo, super mature and not commonly seen in young players. He's basically got all the rock lead playing technique he'll ever need down already and he seems to still be constantly improving!

i started playing when I was 9. Im now 16 and can pretty much play anything. I currently have 4 bands (OPM, Metalcore, 2 Alt Rock) and working on NU Metal. Thanks Abim for all the inspiration that its so okay and cool to be a kid guitarist. My younger 9yr old bro is now starting to lead on his guitar

It's hard for the mind to let go. Wha ha ha In South East Asia there is a saying,"Bend the bamboo when it's at shoot (young)" stage. Try bending at a matured stage, it breaks or slaps you on your face..

If you ask me it doesn't look like he's playing it he's coming close but half the time there are two or three notes being played and he's not moving at all so I'll know if there's a delay in the video or he's just Faking It he would be a decent fake if he is but half the time when John is playing three or four notes you don't even see him move that many times
he has everything. Speed precision but most of all he really has a lot of taste, this is the most impressive thing about his age, he manages to mix technique with a personal taste, in the bending you can feel the blues, he plays them leaning suffered, ceertainly speed and precision are the first things that amaze but then if you listen to him there is much more
