Athiefku has again told the public that he is indeed interested in a merger talk between himself and Peter Obi to remove thiefnubu by 2027. He said if PDP and LP merges and zone the Presidential ticket to South East, he will not hesitate to support Peter Obi if he is the South East chosen candidate - thought they were making plan for a new platform that is neutral from PDP LP?
Since it is only Atiku talking about this merger not Obi, it sounds like imposing and putting Obi (which I believe is probably interested) in a very tight position - he is going to be used to deceive many young Nigerians to participate in an already rigged elections before it even takes place. You first need to change the constitution, the electoral act and confirm the independence of the judiciary. They won't do this. My positive take is, in the chaos to come, they would be a good offshoot for revolution.
Thiefnubu has appointed Isa Yugusa, the man EFCC Accused of Stealing N212billion as Bauchi governor as the Board chairman for NOUN.
