How about an update on all the injured skiers this year, men and women ? Seems insanely high this year. Greniers crash looked very similar to Curtonis?I hope she’s okay

When the best in the world have difficulty making the gates, and FIS keeps putting artificial difficulties - like the jump into a compression that took out Shiffrin and Suter on Friday, and the unnecessary jump right before the finish line - all for the "spectacle", *in a year when there is no snow*, there is definitely something wrong with the course setups.
How many World Cup/Olympics champions have been taken out in the last 2 weeks? 7 or 8 now?
FIS schedules races too early in the season, destroying glaciers for nothing, then packs the schedule in January to make up for canceled races.
    That is insanity.
Off the top of my head, top skiers taken out by badly designed courses on a too tiring schedule:
    = Mikaela Shiffrin
    - Aleksander Aamodt Kilde
    - Petra Vlhova
    - Alexis Pinturault
    - Marco Schwarz
    - Corinne Suter
    - Valérie Grenier
Message to FIS: get your shit together ! Watching races with all the best skiers in the world in hospital does NOTHING for the sport!

The jump who took out Shiffrin was there last year, don't know about the past, can't remember. Maybe different setups of gates. And as for Kilde injury, I'd say it's not because of bad design course, because it was last turn and it's like that forever in Wengen. Maybe he was tired, there was more starts in Wengen than usual, but still it was very surprising for me. Kilde is such a strong, powerful guy and crashing in this place is very strange.

The problem with injuries is due to the speed and greater physical strength.
For the future, routes with less gradients should be included in the program.
To steep - to fast is the Problem with the Ski Weltcup!

The @FIAOfficialVideo has done so much to reduce injuries in car racing, especially President Max Mosley. The current @FISAlpine president doesn't even think it's necessary to talk about it, much less do anything.

She has class , Lara is well known but I've got to blame the ridiculous course setting by the A. Hodlmoderl, trainer of the US national team ! Never seen such a weird & bizarre course of a SG : 1st part set as a downhill, 2 nd one 100% as a slalom with no speed issue like it was a manche of an ordinary giant slalom 😮😂😂😂! That makes no sense, ridiculous and criminal at one time, in normal conditions would Goggia or Brignone have smashed quite comfortably any girl else !! Another rigged race just to boost inferior rivals , too superior Italian team to be faced fairly.

Completely agree about the course being badly planned and setup and really dangerous.
