Whose job is it to plant shade trees or shrubs in those garden squares once the old trees die? Does anybody do it? Or could you come back later and plant them if somebody supplies seedlings? Somebody, probably your ancestors worked very hard to make beautiful footpaths for your country. Why don't your local residents keep them clean if the government won't, just out of respect for all that hard work?
