You’ve excelled on this one Stef. Obviously the workmanship is as expected from you. The cap is genuinely in keeping with the pen. In no way does that look out of place or period. The colour matched gem is the perfect finishing touch.
Wow! A bit of work and some clever touches (11/10 for the matching cabochon!) and you have a pen worthy for a presentation gift. Perhaps when young Bruce gradates from the sixth grade? (He'll be seventeen later this month.) See ya. Bruce Senior.
Some people may say you shouldn’t do that to a cap. I’m not one of them. I have a number of P51s with customized caps and love each one. It’s beautiful.
Lovely custom work! Would you please give more details about how did you get that "vertical scratches" finish on the cap? Its awesome!. In addition, Did you gold plated the cap again? Where do you suggest I can learn how to do gold plating? Regards
Dear Stef. I enjoy your videos. Especially the silly nib grinding. Very funny. Could you please post your email address? I’m sorry, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Again, thank you so much for your pen videos. Much appreciated. I will email you once I have your email address. Thank you.

An immaculate gorgeous customisation work.
Thank you very much Ahmed glad you like it.
Great bit of recycling on the cap. It really looked a mess before you had an idea to save it and produce a unique 51.
Yes it is now unique and a one off Parker 51. Its much nicer now than it was. Thanks
Excellent transformation stef, that customised cap gives exclusivety to the pen. Thanks for the vdo.

Nice job on the cap, Stef. ❤
Glad you like it Khan. Thanks
Amazing restoratio. Is it possible to reduce the ink flow on a P51 to make the nib a bit drier?
Thank you, glad you like it. Yes but you will need to reomove the nib and close the tines. Good luck.

To each their own. But i think the result is much better than it was. Enjoy your 51s. Thanks

They were all hand engraved then it was sent to a jeweler to be 24ct gold plated. Thanks
I’m sure Mr Geo. Safford Parker would be impressed. 😊
Ha ha, yes im sure he would like it. Thanks
How much would you charge for purchase?
