The court saying to Daisy "there is no sufficient evidence" I mean there are witnesses Daniel, Glenda, Peter, Jenny, etc there are the text messages the gifts he has been sending her what about too him saying to the woman at the wedding fair that he's Daisy's fiance lying about that! That woman would be a witness too when Daisy was trying on a wedding dress at the wedding fair and Justin followed her! This is crazy! And they refuse to give her a protection order! They just tell him Justin to not have any further contact with Daisy but then he turns up in The Rovers later after the hearing! After the court told him not to have any further contact! It's crazy that she didn't get the protection order! Absolutely stupid! And I read too on a website that if you are being stalked by someone you are to keep the text messages and proof of any gifts sent to you and emails social media messages etc phone calls voice messages etc etc as proof to show to the police! And yet nothing has been done about it she didn't get the protection order still! Totally crazy! And why are they believing everything g Justin says too the court! I had an issue in early 2000’s. My word against hers, no evidence. Jury found me guilty, judge banged me up for 4yrs. Luckily I have now found a good solicitor. I should have been jailed for driving offences, but he got me off.
