I've always lived in warm climates, so I am very fortunate to have never faced that issue! I would say even opening a window and letting in the natural breeze and sunshine is a way to connect with our Earth. If there's snow you could even collect some to melt and set with intentions with your spell jar as well! But above all, do what feels right to you!
No, because I totally understand being hypercritical about yourself. I'm like that all the time and it's so exhausting because you feel like your worth is only measured by what you can do/cannot do. It's so exhausting. Happy to see this ritual though!! ❤
