Dear Daiki. Because of your recommendations, I went to Murasaki restaurant earlier this week with my fiancé to celebrate our 1 year engagement anniversary. And I must say that I had maybe the best meal I’ve had so far. Everything was unbelieveably tasty and well prepared + the atmosphere was calm and cozy. Thank you so much for showing Murasaki to us, if it wasn’t for you we would probably have never known this place!!
Thank you, I really enjoy your videos. I just moved to Finland. Have to agree on what you said about food and health. Balance is key and if you would restrict your diet to much it will not work longterm... I was vegetarian for a decade and feel happier and healthier after eating high quality fish and meat again. And I think the occasional chocolate or Korvapuusti is fine as long as you have a healthy and active lifestyle 😊
I suppose the traditional Jaoanese way of eating (or diet) is one of the healthiest in the world ☺️ and Daiki, your one looks delicious too :)) I enjoy watching your videos ❤
I don't know, if you've noticed, but mämmi season has started. On that note, here's a 12 hours long video of Finnish cross-country skiing legend Juha Mieto eating mämmi: "Enjoy Easter with Juha Mieto (12 hours mämmi eating)".
Those recommendations for food are crazy. If i remember correctly they recommended that 60% of the energy should come from the carbs. That is just insane. I ditchet carbs almost 2 years ago. I lost 45kg of weight in 1,5 years and i have stayed lean. I eat animal based products like meat, fish, eggs and some dairy products whit some non starchy vegetables. So it is ketogenic diet where you get your energy by burning fat. Never going back on carb based diet. Best choice of my life for all the essential nutrients.
I gotta ask. What's the trick for making rice balls that stick and not fall apart? Whenever I try to make them, there are always at least some bits that fall away.
Those food recommendations were affected a lot from the environment issues that has nothing to do with the healthy food. If you want to eat unprocessed meat, then you eat that with a smile. 😆

Love tamagoyaki and onigiri. I have to say the tamagoyaki pan is my life saver, it makes tamagoyaki MUCH easier to make! Thanks for the video again!
Thanks for watching, and yes, that's a great tool :D

Except for the amount of salt, but if you keep it in mind shouldn't be a problem
Thanks for watching, and happy to hear that!

I'm not either Daiki or Japanese but I would say one thing that most likely helps is to use the Japanese sticky rice.
It's simple. Japanese rice is sticky so just use it :)
