What does result 69 mean? It means the needle penetrated 69*0.1 mm=6.9mm?

It is not mm only 66
Its 1/10 of MM, WHICH MEANS 6.4 or 7.4 mm penetration is there
Why We shall use Benzene to clean the penetration needle?
Detective Conan Because it can dissolve bitumen easily.....from previous experiment.
