I beg to disagree with the SAN,please. In other climes, it's the police that enforce the insurance law.Once your insurance expires, the police stops you and give you a ticket for violation.Not to even talk of driving a vehicle without insurance. The vehicle will be impounded immediately.
You should also remember that in the said climes, there are no equivalence the VIO, hence the police in charged with all of these responsibilities.
In other climes, there are no ViO, frsc n co
That doesn't make it right, cos your neighbour uses a Honda accord as a senator doesnt make Honda the standard for vehicles to be used in the senate house😎especially when you have other government agencies whose primary obligations involves the said exercise or law in question ✌🏾🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️
I can't believe a SAN can chat this much rubbish. If your insurance is expired or fake that means you should not be on the road and the police have the power to enforce the law that says you should not be on the road.

@nannaomatsola3146 I listened to him attentively. What he said is dumb. It's like saying because there is LASTMA in Lagos, the police cannot enforce traffic laws in Lagos. Basically a policeman can witness someone driving the wrong way down the road with an unregistered vehicle but because they are not LASTMA or VIO they are unable to enforce the relevant traffic laws.
Some insurance company will stop issuing Third party insursnce. No more free money.
They should ensure that the IGP tenure is not illegally extended first 😅
What happened to our VIO and the road safety officers or is the Nigerian police bored ?
