Gravity Forms, PayPal, and adding an image to a form

Thank you ! Quick question, if your theme is already responsive, will the images inserted also be responsive and the ability for touch expand etc be active within GF? Is there additional HTML code or code that is needed to be added to the functions.php file for this to occur? Just trying to make the determination to have all in a form or insert a form into a page. Thank you !
