Great to see her keeping busy. Sad to see her music career being put on a back burner compared to the NOW TV PERSONALITY KELLY. Her latest only opened to 70k and all the singles flopped. :-( She is literally now known as the star of "The Voice" and that's about it
That's because she pretty much did zero promo for her album or singles. I feel like her new label failed her with this album. NBC made her do so much promo for the voice I don't understand why her label didn't push her album more. She was on a few shows in the very beginning of release but that was it. Makes me sad because it deserved so much more recognition.
She MAY have one more album with Atlantic in order to fulfill contract obligations. But she really needs to be over at an Universal label. She is technically an Universal property with "The Voice" and " Kelly Talk Show". I feel like Atlantic isn't trying because she doesn't make them money; she makes universal money.

I think she cares more about the freedom to make whatever album she wants though more than she cares about it being #1 or making tons of money. She may stay just because any other huge label would try to control her and make her this cookie cutter star and she's not having any of that lol
