The biggest thing for me is having to inform others of my boundaries. Is it necessary to declare your boundaries or can you just inact your boundaries quietly and peacefully. Those in my life I need boundaries with will argue with me and be confrontational if I declare my boundaries to them.
@@carynplatt9790 yes it is. I have found that for me, the best way is to just quietly and peacefully put up my boundaries and not inform them. Because those in my life I need them with are narcissists and addicts. Those type of people are incapable of any type of back and forth. The boundary is for me anyway not them so I don’t feel the need to inform them.

I love that your book came at the right time and will be gifting this book all year long come 2023 for my daughters, sisters, and friends. I cant wait for the Bible study on this book. Yes I got a lot of heat when I placed boundaries and it was not nice. Broken hearted but am learning to say no and yes prepare for getting strengthened for the hard days. In my situation As soon as I start putting Boundaries up they start being Pushed an attacked. Specifically with my mother she becomes very combative and Confrontational. Which led me to Going full no contact with her and my sister And although I've had peace. It's been a long grieving process

It really depends on the context. Sometimes you may have to be explicit, sometimes you can just show it by your behavior.
