Sarah it may be impetigo that you have (can look like cold sores) it can possibly spread across your face. I’ve suffered with it before where it was on the side of my face and chin and it was fairly painful. Hope it goes soon. Well wishes to you all 😊

I see that you're struggling to cope with Cold Sores, I've done some research on home remedies to get rid of cold sores and this is what I've found.
Lemon Balm Extract - Lemon balm extract has helped cold sores to get better
Tee Tree Oil & Aloe Vera Gel - Helps the cold sore heal more quickly
Peppermint Oil - It's affective at fighting cold sores

I'm so sorry Sarah, that cold sore looks very sore.. I used to get them and I remember the pain.. after I had my 2nd child I stopped getting them but unfortunately my 2nd child starting getting them xxx try take it easy ❤❤❤❤
That looks like impetigo. You need to get antibiotics from the gp. It will spread all around your face and hands and also to others. It will start in blisters and then scab up like cornflakes and be sore and itchy.
You need to get it checked my daughter had exactly the same and she had shingles xx

I have had cold sores do that recently. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about… it’s more itchy when it’s on your skin. Than your lip.
