What is the transport weight and does the low bed trailer require (3) 27,000lb. axles to travel on most 4 lane highway's in Canada and the US ? Doe OR will it require a weight permit to move from job to job ?

@joedoakes8307 My 437e Deere with delimber and 4400 CSI saw on board the trailer is around 65,000 lbs. The 234 Tcats are a little smaller and lighter.

Thanks ! it just looks awfully heavy but they have to be to move lots of weight around on each 'Grab' !

@joedoakes8307 All loaders are pretty big anymore, hard to move once you get off-road. It's a big obstacle here in the mountains.

And you get all this for only 425,000 dollars. And about 7 or 8,000 in insurance per year on top of that.

Much rather pay that for this vs a weiler or Deere loader

@jacobcarter34 All are entitled to their opinion, I guess. But Weiler is still basically a Prentice, which were, and probably still, are the best knuckleboom loaders ever made. I have run a 2384 a good bit, and they have the smoothest hydraulics of any loader I have operated. I have a 1997 Prentice 310 with 27,000 hours at my shop that has Deere 6414T engine. It has never had a pump, swing motor, head, engine, nothing considered a major repair other than a leaking collector. I just use it now to pick up heavy stuff when needed. It still doesn't even use a drop of oil. Have a Barko 225 also, that has a 6068 Deere and the hour meter broke at 19,000 hours several years ago. It has had a couple main pumps, but they are under 2,500 dollars. Thats about it on that one. Its still on the original power unit as well. Now have a 2021 Deere 437e working in the woods. It's bigger and stronger and faster than the 234B was last time I was shopping. But thats not why I bought it instead of the 234B exclusively. The main thing I didn't like about the Tcat was that when you really got to examining it, the thing was very crudely built. The structure looked like something I would build in my shop. They remind me of an old Hood loader or a Lucky or something like that. The Weiler, Barko, Tigercat, and Deere are all built by powerful companies with unlimited means, but only Weiler, Barko, and Deere look like they were built by companies with unlimited means.
Maybe they did a little better on the C model.

Try this machine.. you guys will change your mind.. it's faster and stronger then any loader in his class I can promise you that.. I have ran the new weilers and 437es.. they can't hold a light to it

@jaredbeasley1246 I did try a brand new 234B and the 437e that I bought both at the same time. The Deere is faster, stronger, and has more reach. The swing especially is much stronger on the Deere, and so is the main boom. But like I said what I hate about the Tigercat is that the build quality of the structure looks like the loaders my dad had in the late 70s early 80s. And I am guessing at the price but a new 250 Tigercat with new CSI 4400 slasher and new CSI 264 Ultra delimber is well over 350,000 here. And another problem is that Tidewater is the closest dealer and 200 miles away. Deere, Weiler/Cat, and Barko are all within 30 miles. But the biggest problem is I have 3 good loaders all paid for and I don't take on new 7,8 , and 9 thousand dollar payments just to have pretty new paint.

I need a live heel, hydraulic trailer, a delimber capable of handling large hardwood, circle saw hydraulics, and 0% financing.
