I do the same thing with my bottom shadow to hide my eye creases, it really helps! Maybe you should make an eyeshadow palette that is geared toward black men and women! One of the things I LOVE most about Nyma is that she can apply the same "steps" of makeup that other channels do, yet she still looks like herself. The other influencers end up looking like entirely different people when they are finished, or when they start the video with the end look and then show themselves without any makeup to demostrate how the look is achieved- it's JARRING! Nyma applies makeup to her already always gorgeous face, and she looks the same- but now she's wearing makeup.
