Hi! Here sa UPOU, there aren't many "synchronous sessions" (zoom, google meetings) and it's more on asynchronous where we study at our own phase at our own time! (and we, ourselves, are the "teachers" of our own studies)... 😅 But for me personally, I do my acads 3-5 times a week just for me to catch up on the weekly lessons and assignments per subject! I hope this answers your question!
