I have carefully chosen simple watercolor subject for the student to learn how to paint watercolor with more freedom and confidently. Love all your videos. Inspired to work hard...i mean not work hard! So difficult to stop when applying colors. I guess in order to be able to stop with minimal strokes one has to have an excellent understanding of light, shade and form.

    hello I am a new beginner in watercolour. I loved your videos and now I am trying to do like you do. Last summer I went to Morocco and I loved this blue city Safsavan. I want to paint blue houses . Can you make a demo and show us how to paint blue houses and streets like safsavan?

    I guess the amount of water is the key to your paintings. Its hard to copy. I always get it to wet or to pigmented

    Hello Nitin
    When you start the first layer I always think the paint seems to sit on top of the paper, and you easily get a lot of dry brush effect. Do you think your local paper is sized more strongly than typical European paper (Saunders, Arches etc)?
    Thanks
    Andrew

    • @NitinSinghwatercolorpaintings
      @NitinSinghwatercolorpaintings  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Andrew, the paper i am using has good amount of texture (cold press), i have never used any European paper (or any brand) so i can't tell you that. I am sure these brand will have cold press paper available, please give a try. Thank you!

    Which two colors u applied for much darker for internal part of the tunnel?

    • @ginfonte3386
      @ginfonte3386 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Tahir Faisal I believe he added some ultramarine blue to sepia (brown). The more blue the darker the black color. Also the less water used the darker the black. This is the way it appeared to me.
