Many of the questions weren't just because she lied to her lawyer though. Discovery happens long before what we see here and should expose those lies. They just did a piss poor job of it. They also ask bad questions. Unless the witness said they saw JD trying to pee etc. in your examination for discovery, don't ask the question.

This is what happens when a client spins the truth to her lawyers; they are trying to get Johnny's witnesses to confirm what Amber told her lawyers; only it didn't happen that way and they are being slaughtered by all the things that Amber failed to tell them about. Their client put them in this position and they *had to believe her*. No wonder Johnny's lawyers are doing nothing, they don't have to. Amber's legal team is like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

Johnny's alimony is being paid to these attorneys to help him win, i think, 7 times that?
I think AMber got 7 mil from johnny tax free and this case is regarding a 50 million suit. johnny paid her 7 mil and he's now going to win 50? Hilarious.

It's a manipulative tactic, they idea is that they ask the question but then refuse to let them answer which the aggressor then hopes winds up the witness leading to a outburst of some sort to discredit the witness. People who use this do so in a deliberate manner.

@@vivek_02512 problem with that is, that like the other reply said that’s exactly what they want you to do. Remember, ambers lawyers have barely anything to defend her with so their tactic now is been the aggressor. When johnny was being questioned, ambers lawyers tried their hardest to get a reaction from him obviously in anger so they go like “ see this? This is the attitude of an aggressor” thankfully jonny joked around with the questions.

    • @LethalShadow
      @LethalShadow 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Agreed. They keep trying to get witnesses to corroborate Amber's version of events and it comes across as weird and goofy, because they are working off of lies.
Combine that with the fact that Amber's case relies almost entirely on Hearsay, with her actual "evidence" being detrimental if anyone on the jury has ever had a broken nose or a black eye.
Not only that, but Amber is also clearly not coachable for the stand. She was always going to go about her testimony her own way, which is making her Direct a complete circus, with her attorney having to make every question extremely Leading to get her to spit out the important bits. (To be fair that attorney also seemingly fails to grasp the way the judge has been ruling the entire trial, and continues to scoff and argue the rulings, which is not a good look). I also suspect Amber added brand new embellishments in the moment, which gives JD's lawyers ammunition for Cross Examination.
The final nail in the coffin is that she refused to turn in her phone and all her evidence came without metadata to confirm it wasn't fabricated at a later date (hint: it almost certainly was), which the jury will be made aware of before deliberation.
TLDR: Amber torpedo'ed her own case and the lawyers are along for the ride. Moment of silence for their careers.

Same goes for the other guy literally trying to underline Depps "flaws" by referring to and quoting random online articles written by strangers without a journalistic education posted on shitty news feed pages that are known to be completely unauthentic.

then there is no settlement. you have to go to court, which you probably haven't done often in the last decade. then, every cross examination of people who should have seen what Amber said happened, DIDNT. the entire case you thought you had, she said you had, was a web of lies and bullshit. THATS why Depp didn't settle, you're on the wrong side. So now you have nothing, all you can do is regurgitate what Amber said and HOPE some of it is true. The last clip and the reference to "walking into a door", it's actually a common British term, a euphemism for domestic violence typically used by either the abused or abuser to explain away the evidence.

@Erol Sayn any half decent law firm would have refused to take this case for lack of evidence , also lowers the law firms success rate , they did this out of pure laziness , assumed she was right and truthful without looking at a single aspect of her case I have no sympathy for those trash lawyers, especially since they getting millions for this train wreck of a performance , hopefully they invest wisely because can almost guarantee they’ll never practice law again

I'm from Algeria/Africa and I have always been on the side of Johnny Depp he's great in real life and in movies. If he was here in Africa the court would look at who has a past of domestic violence ( referring to Amber Heard's past) the case would be over the moment she accused him of that in the first time............
The whole world is supporting Johnny Depp and I hope he wins this because it's going to be a win for all men who have been falsely accused by self-entitled, sociopath, gold digging girls across the United States of America and across the whole world..........

You're absolutely right, I couldn't agree more with you...... I'm in a relationship with a woman who is older than me by ten years and I don't feel like she's older, she is smart, beautiful soul, sexy and sometimes when we have a problem she would wisely find a solution though I admit that I'm the one who behaves like a child but I guess she finds it attractive to her so..... We are coping with this and that's why I agree with you.

The case with the dogs in Australia says it all about how a sick person Amber is. Johnny was already there filming the movie, she followed smuggled the dogs in despite in full knowledge that it was against the law without quarantine. Johnny did his best to box her out This says everything about her mind set and I bet that dog she called a "terrorist" found some rat poison in his next meal and therefor was never seen again.

I really do think that the main reason they seem to not follow the lawyer 101 rule is that those are the things that AH had told them. So, they went and formulated game plans based on her bullshit, thinking "Yeah, we gonna put on a show!" and then to get flabbergasted and put on the spot. Lol.
Or that they are indeed shit lawyers coz no good lawyers would risk their reputation defending this ridiculously one-sided unsalvageable case.

Amber probably thought "if my lawyers believe me, then the court will believe them and it will be game over for Johnny". But her lawyers have to believe what their client says; they then try to defend her story. Amber's 'manipulation of the truth' is exposing her true character for all to see. [N.B. "cunning suggests the inventive use of sometimes limited intelligence in overreaching or circumventing". Merriam-Webster]

@@LIK64 aside from Rottenborn who objected to his own question. EB has all the highlights… her trying out pressure on Dr Curry, claiming that she had only had 8 years of experience then had it fired at his face. Then the whole muffingate fiasco… and let's not forget about her questioning the artist guy about how he kissed AH… I actually cringed from her seconding-hand embarrassment watch those bits… lol

Many many year ago now I was involved in military interrogation, so I recall those skills to simply listen to her. AH gets past and present tenses mixed up which is a classic trait that at that point lies are taking place. No matter how they practice it will still happen. From what I see here AH was been a liar from a young age and never grown out of it. It has served her well ( in her head ) When telling a story all all seems fine flowery detail all correct until till she gets down to the matter at hand. Now as a listener you no longer can form a picture in your head?; Standing where ? which room? what side? which wall? where in the room ? who threw what where? which Bottle? ETC
My conclusions on this person is that she is a compulsive liar . To validate this she opens her testimony saying SHE WROTE the article in the Washington Post, the very thing her own legal council have been arguing against.
AH has ruined lives and together with DR Hughes who fabricated lied and manipulated so called evidence
should be given custodial sentences . Frankly it's disgusting
