People can admit they are wrong and it not be hindsight bias. We said it was a great situation bc of his weapons and how the oline played down the stretch last season against teams with struggling pass rushes. We overestimated the weapons and completely underestimated how important coaching is. You wouldn’t understand bc you’re not a Bears fan and have no idea what it’s like to watch this year in and year out

Didn't Justin Fields go through the same problem in Chicago before Caleb Williams got there? 🤔 I predicted the Bears were going 6-11 because the team were a mixed dynamics of talented veterans, a struggling OL, a really good defense, and a rookie QB who wanted all the benefits of a star QB, but barely built any rapport with his teammates to be a star QB.
Quality coaching will fix this problem. I'm fine with Pete Carroll, Joe Brady, or Eric Biennemy (it's pushing it) to be the new HC.

Caleb got the play book in the offseason and started throwing with DJ Moore and Keenan Allen months in advance. The bears problem is that their coaching and culture sucks. RC is correct… everyone said it was great heading into the season. Why can’t people just admit Caleb Williams is a big part of the problem. He was doing the same at USC. Great against bad defenses and defenses that don’t rush passer, bad against good defenses. That’s why his 2nd half against NFL defenses he looks better because at that point they are just sitting back. Daniels, Nix walked into worse situations and are doing fine. He’ll, even Maye is doing better in a by far worse situation. Accountability for Caleb, every one makes so many excuses and blames every one around them simply because they said he was generational and he is obviously not. Jayden is the generational talent. Caleb is just a decent QB aka Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray.

The only good quarterback to come out of USC was Carson Palmer.
But the problem came from Caleb not admitting he wasn't prepared for an NFL playbook. The media and all of the analysts and draft geniuses said he was NFL ready... They couldn't have been further from the truth.
His body language proves he's still immature and not ready to be a leader. Now that was something he could control regardless of how well the team was doing, and he didn't do that either.
I also think the reason why he holds onto the ball so much is because he's actually just trying to protect his stats, completion percentages and INTs.
Eberflus was not as bad as a coach as these analysts have made him out to be... He really wasn't. But they'll do anything to protect this kid even though he has poor body language and leadership skills.

Any talent evaluator will say that a pure pocket passing 10 year veteran in Geno Smith is nothing like a dynamic free wheeling college QB in Caleb Williams. Also, why draft Caleb if you want him to play like Geno? Why turn a playmaker into a game manager? Idiotic.
In hindsight, RC, the right move was to hire Kingsbury as the OC, who's always been good developing young QBs, and was his college OC.

Bills fan , Forget the MVP . Pile on the Jets early if you can and pull Alken out .
A win tomorrow sews up the 2 seed . You take the last week off and you get ready for the playoffs . Baltimore will have to come to Buffalo

Until Baltimore or Buffalo can beat KC in the post season, the Chiefs should be considered the favorites. The only team that can make a claim are the Bengals - they did it once, and that was before KC gave Spags a lot of new pieces. So, can the top-tier teams beat KC in Arrowhead? Of course, any given Sunday. But they need to earn it first; sh-t talking them up before the game is played means nada. To be the king, you have to dethrone the king.

Dallas, Carolina, and Chicago have the same problem management/ownership. Cleveland is ownership period ,same in Dallas he decided he best for both jobs.....🐎💩. You say go get me him .....240mil...it's the owner, ah Deshaun.😂😂 Matt should have never started the season as HC.

The Bears are bad. They don’t know how to develop a quarterback or even build around them at all. They had Justin Fields and failed at that!
Both Caleb and Fields had no offensive line, receivers can’t separate from their defender and no semblance of a running game!
Both Caleb and Justin were running for their lives!

NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, I told ALL of y'all who were the #1 Pick in the 2023-2024 Draft and it wasn't Caleb Williams.
It was Jayden Daniels or Michael Penix Jr..
You can even throw Bo Nix in it.
    Why?
Because those are my Picks in the 2023-2024 Draft Class.
I knew ALL of YOU so called NFL Analyst were gonna pull out this B.S. Card and play it to justify y'all failure of Analyzing the 2023-2024 Draft Class.

Black doesn't matter. Rookie QB should sit out at least their first year, if not the first 2. College and Pro football are two different things
