@danieljordan9004 you’re absolutely correct. Just Chet Holmgren alone would’ve made this a vastly different game. Not to mention the impact of Caruso who’s one of the best perimeter defenders in the league and Ajay Mitchell who is an absolute stud. I agree, this game shouldn’t have been close… Cavs shoulda blown them out. I’m a fan of neither team but I’d take a healthy OKC in 6 games based off of what I saw tonight.
You play with what you got. The Cavs were injured last year in the playoffs. That does not matter now. It seems the Thunders injuries did not prevent them from winning over the last several weeks? What is real is what you can put on the table right now. When the Cavs go to OKC to play it does not matter who has what injuries. Whomever wins that day will be the best for that day's game. Presently the Cavs have the most wins in regular season. That makes them the best team at winning basketball games. If the Cavaliers lose their next game after the OKC game they still will have a better win-loss record than OKC so they still will be the best winning basket team. OKC now has experience and can modify their game to beat the Cavs when they play in OKC. Injuries are irrelevant. Will they accomplish it? One thing is for sure, the Cavs will have a lot less pressure than OKC will to do so.

Great channel. Interesting chat. Josh. Clean your goddamn microphone. It’s gross dude. My take is that it’s very strange the NBA isn’t making more of these two incredible teams, their win rate and the overall level of offence and defence on display. They have promotional one track minds to market the sport and it’s clearly not working. At what point will their success be covered properly, together with a serious talk about SGA for MVP.
Idk how you could they are the NBA’s best “no doubt” when they are 1-1 against Boston and then beat an injured OKC team without Chet and Caruso and AJ Mitchell lol. Boston is still the favourite to come out the East and win it all
I don’t know if they leave no doubt about being the best team in the nba. There were 30 lead changes and this was a 3 point game with 90’seconds left. Plus the thunder was without Chet and Caruso.
yeah, excuses for the Thunder. The absences of those two players never came up when OKC was winning 15 straight games. No one mentioned how their absences affected OKC. Only now that they lost, people are making excuses about their absences. Any team can get injured players and the mentality should always be next man up.
Look at the job we dine on Mitchell. If Caruso was playing he would have done even lesss. And as far as Allen goes, we know Chet will school the f" outta him. Inside and outside the paint. Game meant absolutely nothing.
Let's be clear about this right now, the Cavs are a good team and they earned a win tonight but with Chet, Caruso, and Ajay they would win 1 game maybe in a 7 game series with this team.
Wrong. Okoro and Strus just returned and aren’t fully back in rhythm yet. Plus, Merritt was out, and Mitchell wasn’t at his best. This wasn’t the Cavs' best performance offensively. Remember, the Cavs once scored 80 points in a half against the Warriors during their win streak, when Golden State had the best defense in the NBA. So this was just the beginning.

I promise you if the Cavs played in OKC under the exact same circumstances of the Cavs missing 3 of their top players, vs a rested fully healthy OKC team, and in front of a rabid OKC fan base the Cavs would have been put away in the 3rd quarter. I picked the Cavs to do the same thing tonight. I thought with everything going against the Thunder and the emotion of the game and crowd the Cavs were going to have everything snowball against OKC and hand the Thunder their first blow out loss of the season. I’m actually convinced the Thunder are even more likely to win the Championship once everyone is healthy after tonight’s game. This should have been a score of like 130 to 110 and the Thunder nearly beat them. If Chet, Caruso, and Mitchell played tonight the Thunder win by 10+ and I’m more convinced after the game than I was before.
Cope
Chet is only player out of three you talking about, probably would have made difference!Stop acting okc is missing all star players, take your L like a man and play better next time,Cleveland have two players just coming from long term injuries and one of there best shooters was out!
The cats u mentioned are so blown up in your mind u cant think straight. Gʻnite now.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🎉😂😂😂😂😂😂
Cavs rule ! Vac off your microphone 🎤
Ny guys "th" in the beginning of words is "d" and"th" at the end of words like with turn into an "f". It's like a whole different language. Please pronounce your "th" correctly
MY LAST NAME IS CLEVELAND I SHOULD BE PLAYING FOR THE CAVS OWNER DAN GILBERT MAKE A WISH FOR ME & IF YOU DO LET ME WEAR 23
Idk how you could they are the NBA’s best “no doubt” when they are 1-1 against Boston and then beat an injured OKC team without Chet and Caruso and AJ Mitchell lol. Boston is still the favourite to come out the East and win it all
Still a young season, GO THUNDER
😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
@Stardust713-y6e I'm not 😥ing it's still a great season for my Thunder
Okc fan different with Chet vs them
LEBRON JAMES JUST CANT WAIT TO COME BACK HOME FOR A 3RD TIME TO GET THAT 5TH RING NO CAPPING
Won’t happen as long as Dan Gilbert owns the team
ENOUGH OF THIS STPUID JOKE
I don’t know if they leave no doubt about being the best team in the nba. There were 30 lead changes and this was a 3 point game with 90’seconds left. Plus the thunder was without Chet and Caruso.
yeah, excuses for the Thunder. The absences of those two players never came up when OKC was winning 15 straight games. No one mentioned how their absences affected OKC. Only now that they lost, people are making excuses about their absences. Any team can get injured players and the mentality should always be next man up.
All i no is Donovan mitchell teams always have a good regular season ans lose early in the playoffs
Casual
Look at the job we dine on Mitchell. If Caruso was playing he would have done even lesss. And as far as Allen goes, we know Chet will school the f" outta him. Inside and outside the paint. Game meant absolutely nothing.
No he wouldn't. Mitchell's shooting had nothing to do with 1v1 matchups.
Also, Mobley is better than Chet, and Allen is better than Heart.
@dearmas9068 Ok homeboy. Wait til the playoffs and I betcha the Hawks or Sixers will knock ya"ll out the first round. Facts!!!
@@Clarence-bx2dl lol, look everyone! Another clueless casual dropping stpuid hot takes and then saying "facts!" At the end...
@@dearmas9068 Learn to spell stupid, B4 implying that someone is stupid.... STUPID!!!
@@Kemet3.0lol there’s a reason this wasn’t the Cavs best offensive game, OKC’s defense is awesome. Add Chet and Caruso in the mix and they’re nearly unbeatable
1 game? LOL. Mitchell isn’t going 3/16 again that matters too
I agree 100 percent
Nah. Cavs take that series
Naw I don't agree with the Cavs being the best. I need to see them beat thunder at full strength until then it's up for debate
Casual
Disagree Mobley clutch plays in the
Fourth and his passing were the difference. Allen was great though

Lol okay keep telling yourself that. The Thunder didn’t have 3 of their top 8 players. Their 2nd best player and either best or 2nd best defender in the league, Chet Holmgren. Their 6th man and all NBA defender, Alex Caruso. Their backup point guard and most consistent player off the bench all season, Ajay Mitchell. The Cavs were healthy, rested, and at home in front of a rabid crowd, and despite all of that they were up by 2 points with 2 minutes to go. Look at this manifesto nobody gonna read. You mad.
Keep Dreaming. The Cavs played good but there is still a lot of improvement to come. They know it and now the NBA is gonna start to realize it.
Last time I looked, the Celtics were the champs. They are the measuring stick, not OKC. Let's see the Thunder beat Boston in Boston. I don't care who they have back from injuries. Stop all the talk about injuries till you beat a healthy Celtics team on their own floor. You faced the Cavs on a 15 game roll. I did not hear any talk about injuries then. But, you didn't get the job done. You will get your chance to return the favor in a few days.
