Wow, been an electrician for 10 years now and never has the contractor provided threader come with the handle or attachment to keep it from spinning. Most guys try and just hold it while a few of us tie a rope onto it. None of which is a good idea. 🤦♂️
Never knew about the pipe wrench method. Been trying it this past week and working great, using a chunk of 1/2" rigid conduit for a handle. Too bad the tool has the handle bung / cast handles on the wrong side. Mirroring it would make that method so much more ergonomic.

Been threading 2 inch with the rope method. Sketchy stuff!!
Those shavings are sharp I use a rag between my hand and the die when I get it started
Gloves, gloves. Tight fitting gloves.
@@asbestosfibers1325 yet my contractor requires me to wear them. 🤦♂️

Nice tool and very efficient. How is it on household energy efficiency? ✅👌

Yes. It's a brushed motor this is common.

The threader it’s self is 1400$ the stand is like 400$
Should definitely wear gloves while starting the thread with barehands
Its way to safe they would call it nannyism
