seems like he cleaned AC after several years. Just wash filters after every 15 days and put blower from the back of the outdoor unit when it is running, all dust will be blown away by the outdoor fan.
Both inner and outer coils must be washed after 3 months with the spray bottle (if you dont have pressure washer).
Using Normal spray works?
And can we spray on all the fin?
Or it can damage any part?

You don’t have to waste time taking out the fan from the ac unit. All you need is an old toothbrush to clean the fan blade while still in there. Dust will fall off. Spin the blade with fingers till you reach everything.

It is earthing current. You may not have earthing wire in your electric box

Wireman used MCB to switch on/off and he only connected 2 , can I connect earthing wire in MCB?

If the smell from your aircon is like chloroform or sweet, then it is a gas leak. This can be toxic.
I use paint brush to remove dust. Very easy than water cleaning.

I also have bluestar ac which runs almost 12-16hr daily bills around 600-800rs monthly very efficient one till now i have tested.
Also i have samsung ac which runs occasionally consumes 5-7units when runs for 8-10hr but cools very very fast i mean 1.5ton ac cools 280sqft room with 3 doors and 2 windows in just 15mins
